We believe that children should be treated with respect. we are respectful of children’s religious and cultural backgrounds. Children’s behavior is guided with kindness and we always strive to understand children’s emotion, we do our best to provide a safe and caring learning environment. We take a positive approach to discipline, setting up boundaries, respecting children and giving them proper attention. We try to understand the source of misbehavior as much as possible. The children are being offered choices to express their feelings.
